Never Ending Story...

I could drown a thousand worlds with the tears I've seen
I've witnessed it all from love, to death, and everything in between
I could choke the life out of many with all this pain
With a future so bleak because it all remains the same
Greedy fiends that never think differently
Selfish individuals that try to hide their identity
Suit up and put on your facade
You worship and pray to your fake idols and gods
With decades of struggle, how do we survive?
With raging wars it's amazing we're still alive
Peace is a word that no longer exist
Violence, gun fights, brutality fist clenched
Will this change? Can it change?
After the dust settles only heartbreaks remain
We all feel the loss and none of us gain
A sense of anger with a drip of resent
Do we think of our actions? Feel a bit to repent?
What happened to the helping hand?
What happened to unity and United we stand?
All for one and one for all
Together we stand, together we fall
But now we fend for us, just you and I
Blinded by the media, resorting to suicide
For some this overwhelming feeling becomes to much
Taking their own life cause they've seen enough
When will this stop? When will it end?
A mass plague of hate. Change, when will it begin?
