It's Halloween
the children are
trick-or-treating
they're excited for
the candy
The old men on
the block
have boxes full
of candy......
....and in the boxes
are holes....
those sick old men!
and on Halloween!

is it me or is this a little twisted? I dont care either way, I laughed out loud when I read it. What a punchy poem, great lines and and a twist! I began visualising the kids knocking on the doors.....but then, lol eek! Well done you, I thoroughly enjoyed this short and sweet piece....
