I miss the warm chills from your breath on my neck
I miss the way I feel when I know you are right behind me
Even though you’re not touching me I can feel your calming presence
I wish we didn’t have to wait
I wish things were different
I wish the weekends lasted forever
Even though that would mean we’d be stuck right where we are
I guess I’ll get over it
I guess I will have to wait
I guess our hearts will have to keep stretching and loving from afar
Even though we will be together soon it seems so far away
I know we will be ok
I know we can make it through this
I know it is hard
Even though it seem impossible, I can survive if it leads me to you in the end
