We break eachother completely, whilst making others cry
we look for ways we can show we're right, but we can't justify.
We do our best to keep things hidden, but never can we hide,
the truth we know that marks our world, that breaks a heart inside.
You don't have to be evil, nor have a messed up, warped mind,
all you have to have is something special, you want to push aside.
The truth is hard to admit to when you know as much as you try,
the person on the other end may take offense and give you a goodbye.
It doesn't make much sense to some, they cannot understand why,
we sometimes choose to withold truth and turn a hasty eye.
I hope this makes sense, if not I guess I put forward a good alibi,
for I lie as much as the next person, it's human nature, so let it slide.
