Once in a race for her life, she was strong and won the battle
but can this girl win the war?
Will she be one of the survivors, who will grow into her 90's
living a happy life with her loving family?
Many don't understand the suffering of cancer
having your life taken away with every second, every breath.
You don't notice those effected by it, until it's someone you love in pain,
until it's someone you love dying.
Cancer takes away so much in many peoples lives,
it's unbelievable how one destructive cell can cause so much damage.
We need a cure to save these innocent people who did nothing wrong,
they did nothing to deserve the suffering their forced to endure.
We must help these victims, in the race for their lives,
we must help them find a cure.
We must help these victims in the race for their lives,
and we can start by running in the relay for life.
Once in a race for her life, she was strong and won the battle
and with our help this girl can win the war.
She will be one of the survivors, who will grow into her 90's
living a happy life with her loving family.
