The tree by the lake.

She bends her leaves
seduced by the wind,
her jade dress dances
and mirrors the rippled lake.
So fragile.
Her appearance changes with the season:
those fashionable, autumn burns and hues.
She's never lonely for she plays with the rain,
or the sun, and the moonlight always complements her.
So many like her yet she stands alone.
A beacon for all that see.
