You took it the day you left.
You took it right out of my heart.
So now I sit in the dark,
All the light is gone from my heart.
You said goodbye that day in the park.
I thought we would last forever.
I thought you would leave me never.
I geuss I was wrong.
Now I cry when I hear our song.
You left me to die.
I just want to know why.
What did I do.
Did you not know that I love you?
All the light that was once there in my heart is gone.
Look at what you have done!
Why me?
Why now?
Why can't we be like we used to be?
I want to know how.
