Hopeless desire,
Come and feel
The life of my fire.
Dance in the flames,
Don't be gullible
To their claims.
Sit in the quiet,
Focus on the heat and
Suppress the riot.
Filter out the lies,
Try not to be fooled
By their disguise.
Follow me and we shall disappear,
Away from this "world"
Away from here.
Take my lead, ill be your escape,
Let your mind venture
And not be limited to a certain shape.
In this place we can explore,
Time stands still and
Growing old is mandatory no more.
We'll go back and live in the past,
Days, weeks, months, and summers
Won't fly by so fast.
So for now let this fantasy fill your head,
Focus on the warmth of the fire
And try not to think about all your dread.
