I see your heartbeat parading around me in syncopated cycles
with dancers and wild animals, snarling for domination.
I see your pulse ricocheting light through deep caverns so
spelunkers can find their way home from challenges.
I see your sweat hitting pavements making concrete beg
to be fertile ground so it can grow food
I see in a way that other people cannot see,
in my blindness, I see how much you love me.

WOW!
the last stanza was the most powerful to me. it was so simple, yet it just wrapped this entire poem so falwlessly. it was short (thank you) and i love the adjetives and metaphors used here. wonderful imagery too. just what i wanted
thanks for the entry, all the best
