some of you feel alone at every moment
while others want peace on a busy day
a dream is far off in the distance
and thoughts are not close at hand
needing a friend is just the start
but, catching some Zs is difficult
chase your every dream
but, let your thoughts run free
don't feel so sad alone is not so bad
after a hard day at work all I want is rest
snooze the night away
forget your every pain and just be free
