The only miracles that happen are for those chosen few
Who make something more of the life that they're given.
They can make something more of themselves than just

Miracles can happen but
Life is to short to waste miracles on
Hopeless and shameless ambitions that reap no rewards.
Why bother on a fruitless miracle?
Why bother when you know what is going to happen?
Why bother when hoping when all
Reason puts hope clearly out of reach.
Miracles happen occasionally.
I've never seen a pointless, showless, tactless miracle, though.
