Black, pitch black
All around you as you stand there frozen in that spot
No matter where you go it follows you…
You can never truly escape it.
Shadows move all around making sounds that you can’t figure out,
You can move from place to place
But you are never sure what you’ll come to next,
It is around you
Tries constantly to swallow you up into it’s pit forevermore
Never releasing you from it’s grip.
You can run,
You can hide,
But it will
Always find
YOU!
You can only ever hide truly safe from it
When the dawn of a new day comes,
For once the Sun’s first rays shine it
Leaves that place alone for now.
But it always comes back,
For once the last rays of Sun leave the place,
The DARKNESS
Will always be back.
The DARKNESS Never Leaves!
