Shadows melt in the scarlet tears the flowers left on the floor.
Alienation shoots root as songs of evergreen spring to life.
Bewilderment rains in her sober heart as the stars paint the sky.
The mist of faint music carries her back once again.
The years seemed to melt away in ebony haze.
Time has left her behind:
Her burnt rose gown never illuminated his heart.
Her crown is just all that remain of what used to be...
