Today was the same as was yesterday
With clouds abundant over the old bay
Keeping us from beaming, dangerous dreams
Of sunlight's inspiration, so it seems.
Newspaper cuttings tumble in the wind
And thunder rumbles through its thick grey skin
Dark waters advance from out the sea
And the last signs of life's value recede
Into ally ways with shadow figures,
Midnight's needles, powder and gun triggers.
Llywellen never smiled again
Sister, can I ever smile again?
Author notes
Yeah, miserable.
