Oh, Land of Waterfalls
You are known well by splendor and name
But you have a woman in your grasp
And her beauty puts yours to shame
I am falling for her
Over the rocks and flowing down
Her boldness captured my eye
But her light keeps me around
In her love, I am swimming
Her passion, filling my lungs' breath
I do not swim to the surface
I surrender to the death of
Life without her
Waterfalls, while I am away,
Will you not hold her tight?
She is strong, like the wind,
She is wild and may take flight,
So, until I can run back to her
Keep her safe from harm
For once I have her near me
I will hold her in my arms
Her eyes are like your water, blue and green
And her curves are like your flow
And where the river's path will lead us
There is no way to know
So I am looking to where the water ends
But I can not see
Anything but river-bends
So we will bend together
And if by chance
You dump us out to sea
I will remember
What you have taught me:
"Hold on tight, the water's rough
And, when you hit the rocks,
You have to be tough
Stay above water
And your breaths should be deep
Dive in with confidence
When you take the leap",
So I will dodge the rocks
And soothe the scrapes
And our love will flow
Like the waterscape
