would be a life without air
a life of breathlessness
my lungs would forever be grasping for sweet oxygen
but none would come
because without you
I can't breath...
A life without you
would be a life without a heart
the rhythmic pounding inside my chest would slow and stop
for I would have no reason to continue
no purpose for my heart to pursue its cadence
because without you
I can't live....
A life without you
would be a life of solitude
for if the air wont come
and my heart wont beat
then my love could never grow
because without you
I would never have known what love is
But...
A life with you
is the promise of happiness, love and life
with you, my heart beats stronger and my love grows every day
with you, air is only in short supply when you take my breath away
with every word you say, and with all the love you pour into me
and with you
I am the luckiest girl alive

It's 11 pm, im tired, but i thought of this first verse/stanza whatever and i didnt want to forget it so I figured now would be a good time to write a poem. Again, this is for my love Bryan, he keeps me going

Sometimes I'm down and I apologize for that. The past year has been very difficult for me and I try to look strong for you at all times. Sometimes I don't succeed but I have to give the credit to you for all of my strength. In the past year you have done nothing but support me through all things. We have had our ups and downs but any good relationship does. I love you with all of my heart Christy and I can never thank you enough for what you have done for me. The fact that you have the strength to deal with my all my ups and downs and still feel the way you do about me fills me with unparalleled joy. I have never felt what I feel for you. You are my soul mate I'm sure of it. Anyways I loved this poem and I just wanted you to know I love you. No matter what has happened in the last year it has been the best 1 year and 8 months of my life and it is all thanks to you . I will love you forever Christy and may that love never die. Thank you
