Happy birthday,
Such a great time,
A day to hate me,
Even more,
To make me cry.
Happy birthday,
You say as you smirk,
Because everyone knows,
Today is the worst.
Happy birthday,
I say to myself,
Everyone forgot me,
Or left for somewhere else.
Happy birthday, Only I can say,
Because I know there's no one,
who even remembers my name.
Happy birthday to me I say
as the tears fall from my face,
It's like any other day.
Nothing important,
Nothing to be shared,
Nothing special,
Then I die here.
Happy birthday,
A day of all tears,
Everyone finally remembering
I was once there.

This is a poem I wrote in school on my birthday, pretty much based on what happened really. Tell me how to revise and make it better please, I will greatly appreciate it. ^_^ Thank you.
