When you have a friend
they are there until the end
when you are feeling down
they will try to turn a smile from you frown

you know that they are your friend because they had spoken
they will help you go through some hard times
a friendship is like the words of rhymes

a friend will stand by you no matter of the weather
they will help wipe away you tears
and wash away your fears
a true friend is there
when you need some one to care
a friend is true
and would not make you blue
you know when your day shall end
