Slow.
Go slow along the moving shore,
The soft, hard floor reflecting light.
Night will come and bury life
Husband and wife, side by side.
Down.
Deep down at the end of the line,
There's less time to stop the tide.
Ride the waves of sleeping skies
While cries echo below.
Slow.
Go slow along the beaten track,
Look back to take in the view.
New perspective of the shifting sand
And now you can move on.

I like the wording, images, depth - a nice reflection of time/life and how it constantly changes depending upon how you view it.
