Lost in our daily struggle
we've lost touch somehow
As we try to juggle
the promise of our vow
I will take the blame
I've not loved you like I should
We both want the same
to live a life that's good
The way I treat you is an insult
to you and my family
I know it's not your fault
I put it all on me
For I am the man
that you put your trust into
I should do everything I can
to return the love you show
Maybe when I read this
I will believe it's true
Maybe we can share a kiss
and an I love you

Nicely done. Rarely so we see the problems we contribute to the problems in our own marriage. I hope things can turn around for you! Thanks for entering my contest. Good luck. I'm honored to have you show your work here.

Marraige takes a lot of work, a lot of forgiveness, and a lot of knowing every day isn't filled with the newness of each other which causes hot passion to errupt. A wonderful heartfelt write. Best to you in the contest.

I thank you
I believe men are in most cases the biggest problem.I know I make most of my own misery.
