Is it time up for you?
To say what you never said,
or be key locked and caged.
To do what you never did?
or be a regretful dreamer.
To act out what you thought,
or be that expectant looser.
To pledge for what you sought?
or be the one behind the line left to rot.
Is it time up for you?
To live out your dreams,
or be hounded by your vision
To fetch them up and redeem,
or just wait for it endlessly unseen.
To shout out your desire
or burn in the flame of your wants,fire.
To succeed and acquire
or to wither like an ignored flower
Is it time up for you?
To be the one who quests
or be knowledge divest.
To stand up to a challenge
or let your fears to be not quenched
To give your failures a new try,
or let the hopes and chances to die.
Its time for you to
live up
and untangle the
chords of bondage
strangling your
invocation and moreover you!

There are a couple things that could flow better, i recommend looking this over and think about it -
sounds like you're reading my mind. Sometimes I feel bound and tied ... my creativity strangled. Nice job with the rhyme.

I really like the emotion that you are able to stir up with your words, slowly building until the end. While it is already strong on an emotional level, if you're looking to add more to it, maybe add a physical description of the 'you'/subject, for example, what expressions cross their face when they are 'a regretful dreamer' or 'standing up to a challenge', etc. You are a very talented writer!

Very good. This shows you to never give up on your dreams and keep trying to proceed to meet them. Like the old saying goes, "If you fall off the horse, you need to get right back on". Excellent write.

It causes you to look from within to truly see the you looking in the mirror, and accepting the you that you see inside and out. At least thats what I got out of your poem as I read it.
