It’s a wee six-lettered word
Full of anger, full of pain
Deadly as a noose’s cord
In whose hand must lie the blame?
Lost a sister, lost a brother
Softly striking to the heart
Like a killer undercover
Drives each family apart
Because the small six-lettered word
Causing strife and reprimand
Comes as quickly as a bird
Passed on from hand to hand
Pretty sunrise, often tainted
With the knowledge ever sure
That someone has calmly waited
For the death so insecure
For it only takes six letters
Six letters without regret
Exists naught to make it better
Naught but learning to forget
Calm, deep, dark desperation
Always knowing the end is near
Nothing aiding, nothing helping
Coldly waiting for the fear
Ever feeling the dead darkness
Rising softly from the depths
O! The end has but started
No one has seen anything yet.

You expressed yourself very well. You asked that I tell you if the emotons are here and yes I would say that you are on target. Thank you for taking the time to write about things that others may take for granted. You seem like a nice person. Keep on writing from your heart. Great talent.

I really like this. The rhyme is not forced, which is always a good thing, if it was, I probably would leave some snide rude comment. Alas, it is fine. I am just rambling.
This is good, Creative and good.
Thank you very much for entering my contest. I am looking at the link to the other poem now.
