Anger is one thing that comes and
Eats me alive...and
Some people don't know how that feel it's horrible
Anger takes over you and...
You just feel pain...
As if...you don't exist and...
You belong with the demon in hell
Now I'm in a dark hole and
I don't know what to do anymore
Since I'm locked in there and I can't figure a way out
Nobody likes me
For who I am
They just use me or they talk junk about me
They even treat me like I'm invisible
Someone please lead me out this
Dark hole to go back home and
Stay their cause that's where I belong

Anger's a most scary feeling. Feeling out of control can frighten a person very deeply. And we need to be able to deal with it constructively without hurting ourselves or anybody else. You express yourself well in this poem. Thanks for sharing it.
