Fragile Winter

Hands Unfold
Hearts Unfold
The Mind numbs
And crumbles
A fragile Winter

The Jay’s blue has faded
Pastels and bleeding robins
Ravens die hungry
Crows take their teeth
The trees break into
Silence, jagged and gorgeous
Testify, Moth, Moon comes to pass

Paper falls to the floor
Stag eats wolf, fawns drowning
Sorrow and love

Hands unfold
A fragile Winter

Ok, some of it is great, but some I'm not sure I understand. I know that's the poets choice to write what is in their head, not always what could or is real. If that is what you were doing, then it's pretty good. I guess only you know.

  • this is really good. i like the way u wrote it and the detail. awesome piece :]
