She glides down slides
made of rainbows,
she dances in gardens
gathering bouquets of flowers,
that never lose their blooms
she lives secure in warmth,
love surrounding her in safety,
never knowing fear or pain,
hunger or cold,
only joy and laughter,
beauty and wonder fill her life
Though deeply missed by those
who loved her on earth,
she smiles because she knows
……they know……
she will always be happy,
healthy, loved
she will have everything
they wanted for her…
and……she talks to angels

What a beautiful vision! I know it is hard for those of us who are left behind to think in these terms. This is what I believe Heaven has in store for all of us who believe on Him!

The trial of faith, to see with the eyes of faith and hope when the present emptiness of arms is a constant ache. Yet these little ones have all we wish for them, and if we can endure what we wish for us (their company and companionship) until its season of fulfillment, what joys will overflow that Beautiful Day!
