Put a smile upon your face even if it hurts,
obtain happiness out of times in the desert.
Sowing those tears streaming from your face,
shall reap the Joy that should be set in place.
Surrendering to sacrifices with a true heart,
will allow you to receive what He will impart.
You must have a servant's heart to remain,
for no circumstance can't bind or even gain.
Though the sorrow may last for the night,
strength in Joy comes with the morning light.
Be Joyful always, continue to pray without ceasing,
you won't be able to contain what's inside you releasing.
Laughter is the best medicine to chase away distress,
a smile is a frown turned upside down, I must impress.
Have unshakeable Joy that surpasses all negative thought,
the Joy of the Lord is our strength that should be sought.
I want to be so full of Joy that I explode with glee,
it comes from the Faith that I have deep inside me.
The "can do" power can be mixed with being of good cheer,
Blessings or cursing is all done in your attitude that appears.
I am pressed, but not crushed, persecuted but not abandoned,
struck down, not destroyed for Joy can do more than I imagined.
Although I may not see, yet will I keep believing this too shall pass,
to convince myself to be happy no matter what, Joy comes at last.
A merry heart make a cheerful countenance,
begin to laugh at every troubled circumstance.
Saturated with the exultant oil of Joy upon you,
it shall fall upon your heads, it is well in you too.

Merry hearts
My . In these times of chaos we all need a merry heart.
Let your words inspire those in sad despair.
