Lover's Dream

How Much longer can I put on this sharade?
My pain is your personal parade.
I know I'm not perfect
And to you I'm not worth it.
It's alright,
I can't fight
Watch as my anger overcomes.
I'm just that dumb.
Must be because I'm still in love with you
That's the one thing that is true
I've learned not to think I'll get you back
Because it hurts
Caring is somethin I taught myself to lack
So shuv my face in the dirt
But why do I still dream of us together
And why do I honestly think we could last forever
I say that I'm over you and never cry.
That's just a huge lie
This crazy heart still skips a beat
Every single time I hear your voice
And looking in your eyes is still the best treat.
It's not like I've got a chance
Why does our past follow me
Your's is the face I always see
I wish you would have kept my heart
Especially since you've wripped it apart
I hope that you'll forgive me
Just because I like you being happy!
This is still me adoring your smile
This is me still dreaming our every mile
We made it so far
Almost touched the stars
Now the car's in reverse
Could it be a curse
You meant the world to me
I had to be stupid and lose you
But you deserve somebody pretty!
I'm being true
You've always needed better then what you had
I know I was horribly bad...
I could forever apologize and it could not be enought
I should be tough
But this soft spot inside
Tells me I love you
For now and for ever

    Awww this is soo beautiful, touching and plain heartbreaking! I loved it, i could relate to it, really shows a side of love that's painfully sad. I noticed quiet a few spelling errors
    charade* shove* yours* ripped* enough*
    I could see how this came from your heart but this would definitely be a lot more presentable to the mind and the eyes if it were in paragraphs. I'd add you to my finalists but that would require you to correct your typos first, nevertheless amazing write! Great work and thank you so much for sharing this with me. Best wishes!

    Ahhhh a great write indeed I liked it but the ryhme scheme seemed slightly off but even though it was a good write indeed

    Awwww, a story I know to well. My first love was the same. I've recently found the one I'm suppose to be with, and yet, somewhere deep in my heart, is love for the one that hurt me so badly.
