From Fading Shadows

Memories

emit visions

of yesterday,

when my little girl

lived to play.

Laughter echoes

from fading shadows,

as she runs among wildflowers

in open meadows.

Her sweetness

is forever

satcheled in my heart,

as life changes

and independence imparts.

Another perfect addition for your daughter's scrap book. I do hope you are keeping all these delightful remembrences in someplace other than your head. Continue writing all these wonderful things down. This is exceptional. Good luck.

What a wonderful display of the use of the word satchel. Not an easy word to be sure, but you pulled it off with style and grace. Beautiful!

  • Short but sweet.

You are very good at getting your point across with the short but sweet phrases. I guess you could say that I am working now too.
