My energy relinquished
body left as fallen,
the universe opens it mind to me
opens its heart, its legs are wide.
I have regained communication
with my creator know as time,
expressed through its child, space,
thought of commonly as fate.
The prison that I grew to love
is now shed, a barren shell,
torment and pleasure have collided,
this is heaven and its hell.
I understand so easily
know that my brain is left to rot,
the universe is printed on my essence,
I see know that my eyes are plucked.
I can know love all of me
now that I am all,
fused back to whence I once came,
my heart has been discarded.
Death is my beginning
once described as forbidden fruit,
just what the doctor ordered
prescribe me a taste of death.

interesting write. Drawn in because of the title, and though it's not my cup of tea, idea-wise, I do think it's well written.
Hat's off for the green cup!

beautiful poem!! The title grabbed me in right away and as I read each line, every word started to flow from the screen and right into to my heart.. this is amazing..The ending was so wondefully penned and so was the entire poem
brilliant write

I really like the title...I liked the final three verses best...especially leaving the brain to rot and eyes plucked and heart disguarded. Well done!!
