Eat too much, you grow a big belly.
Start with some bread,
And glop on the jelly
Don't put anything other than peanut butter
Because it'll be really smelly
Just take your time, don't ever rush.
If you mess this up it's down the toilet, with a big flush
Once putting it together you need to squish it
When the jelly falls don't let your shoe get hit.
Don't be scared if the peanut butter sticks to the roof of your mouth
With a glass of milk, that should all go south.
Remember to load it with jelly, soggy bread is a must.
And when you are done, always cut off the crust.
