Those science dudes kept claiming it was bad
letting our engines idle for hours to keep heaters on
while we tried to enjoy the sun,
thus even when it was getting so darn cold out in July,
no problem we never let it ruin our fun
just cranked the CD’s volume that we play
until in our mind the frost just went away.
Besides those rain forest disappearing
never been there so no reason to stress,
we were too busy studying
for some college class environmental test.
As for those weatherman guys on television
saying some big bad storm was coming our way,
hey they are just characters like some movie or a play.
So we went to our outdoor rock concert out in the desert,
knew the band was cool,
but never they would end up covered in ice,
well we always wanted a role model for our lives,
didn’t quite think Frosty was quite the right size.
Hope the music can somehow thaws with its hot beat
and melt this snow covering us from our head to our feet.
