    loneliness grabs us all at times, we have to ride those waves of tears for a smiling sun shines on the other side of the ripples - a good poem.

    We all feel lonely at times, some of us more than others.
    It doesn't help to stay away from people either, but then if you're an introvert socializing is obviously a difficult task to master. I hope you somehow find strength and comfort. One way might be to read something beneficial and uplifting rather than view things depressing.

    (sorry I've been cranky lately, forgive me please)
