My father is the most profound thinker I know.
His words are well planned and kind.
Many a subject I have approached him with.
As a child I was curious of death.
His response was, and I quote:
"We all end up feeding the worms, Boo Boo"
As a teenager I was curious about drugs.
His response was, and I quote:
"Everything is ok in moderation"
As all adolescents do, I asked about Sex
His response was, and I quote:
"I just don't want you to get hurt"
He is a man of few words. However,
I have strived to remember everyone
by heart.
He has so many views on the world
and so little he has shared.
I know that nature calls him son.
and bad habits are hard to break.
I know that he loves me more than any
man ever could; and most importantly
I am his Namesake.
