I close my eyes and silently wait,
I feel the warmth of the sun fade and cool,
Twilight at last releases the stars,
As darkness starts to settle near.
The pitch black of night is finally upon me,
The only light I see the full blue moon.
Shadows play on my bedroom wall,
Shifting and dancing in anticipation.
The curtains rustle with the chill of a night time breeze,
I feel your eyes upon my body before I see you step away from the wall.
You loom at the foot of my bed your eyes roving over my silhouette,
Your desire a palpable living thing that sets my heart on fire.
Swallowing thickly I hold my trembling breath,
I run my tongue over dry lips in wanton anticipation.
Your fiery eyes glow amber in the dark,
As they travel over my body they leave flames in their wake.
The duvet falls away and I lay prone beneath your gaze,
Unashamed I do not move only struggle to calm my trembling.
Hot and cold chills chase through my veins,
As I feel the weight of you settle beside me.
Your ice cold breath fans my burning skin,
steady hands smooth over my naked body.
I close my eyes and open my mouth,
Your sensual tongue invades my very soul.
I tremble to my very core,
Wantonly overtaken by desire,
I moan as you move over me,
Within me.
Your touch like a invisible mist,
Surrounds and engulfs me,
Your smell like a drug,
Intoxicates and lures me.
Like a pleasured woman of the night,
I writhe and moan beneath you.
Out of control and driven mad,
Drowning in the pleasure you give.
Looking into those amber eyes,
I mold my fingers around your jaw.
Arching my throat,
I draw your face to my neck.
Your tongue like silk,
Your lips like petals,
Your teeth the sting of a dying bee,
Draining my blood like crimson honey.
Moaning in pleasure,
Aching for more,
I give my body to you,
My blood, my love.
Panting for breath as you pleasure my wanton soul,
Like a dirty temptress you lick and suck me clean,
I respond only to the swirling mist of you,
Each and every night my window is left open for the night.
Romancing the night,
I let it's blackness enter me, pleasure me,
Take me over and drown my body beneath it's waves,
Until we are one in body, soul and love.
The night comes too late and ends too soon,
My prone body does not wish to be released.
But daylight dawns and steals you away,
Until tonight when I know you'll return.

Great!!
I think this is a wonderfully sensual piece! And I agree with someone below, this reminded me of the Twilight series, and I wondered if that was inspiration for this. Beside that point, this is beautifully done! I didn't want it to be over! Great imagery, and it went together very well! There was only one line that stuck out to me, I felt it threw off the flow. "Each and every night my window is left open for the night", because you said night twice in the same line, I felt a stutter, I suppose. Thanks so much for sharing, this is a new favorite of mine!!
