I wander through the valleys of verse
to find the stream of inspiration,
where shaded phrases ripple wonder,
and metaphors bloom in metamorphosis
to bring delight to open mind.
and in those well thumbed, and cherished pages
I find the anima of poets
in the words they left behind.

Beautiful...

I loved the ending, finding anima in the words the poets left behind.
Wonderfully written indeed, be blessed in all you do.

Di Wanderer
The rippling seas with rhythmic rhymes
Where wet waves wash on our white sands
Warm weather waits for these good times
And Passion's kiss removes all bands
Your cherished pages come alive
Where evening's stars will brighten way
In skinny dipping surf you dive
And
Forever is more than a day....

The phrase "where shaded phrases ripple wonder" is so beautiful! And of course the alliteration in the first line "valleys of verse". And also of course "metaphors bloom in metamorphosis". This is so beautiful!
