I was Battered and bruised
Beaten and used
And God I was so close,
I was left for dead.
Lesson one in forgetting,
you first have to forgive,
and maybe i was in the wrong,
but i can't forget
Becase you left me for
Dead

    When your left for dead emotionally or physically you shouldnt forgive or forget. Really deep and emotional poem.

    this is really good!! it was short but still had a good impact and left me really loving it. i love everyline but especially "lesson one in forgetting, you first have to forgive" that was amazing because it is so true. love it. :]
