Timeless

How to decribe what defies decript
tugging at layers refusing to lift
peel upon peel, strippings no end
seeks to reveal but refuses to bend

perfections immortal tipping the peak
pinnacles there just so hard to reach
Timeless etchings engraved the landscape
formed and shaped in gulleys deep

But less in words sights reveal
captured inwards more to feel
powerful process creations produced
hence emotional Springs induced

Core of reason positives flow
essence shimmers then to grow
a portal opens in blinding brilliance
incredulous breathes surged resilience

Muted colour at first to start
but then commencement from the heart
forthcoming passage forges sway
propells towards journeyed highway

    Congratulations on winning the silver cup with this wonderful. You surely deserved it and more. Your poem has a lovely lyrical flow, excellent rhyming and rhythm, and was a delight to read.

    a good poem, full of positive aspects, muted tones and soft sensual language explored - just had a look at the picture prompt, it works well yeah happy st patrick's day to you too, i didn't realise it was tuesday already!
