A day is born again and a night dies slowly too
A month ,an hour,a journey starts
A thought again of you haunts me
as always a day is not without you

A minute passed slinking through bars of caged desires
a second tipped my heartbeats grabbing bits of you
I play with moments wrapped in you and laugh away
I live again a lifetime loving only you

You carry on as life gives you a shining happy song
you add more sun to all my nights as you sing along
You walk and stop you talk you live a life in me
You grow and breathe you never die as I live life with you

    This is a very soothing piece. Emotional, loving, but not overly dramatic. Just the right amount of image. I especially like how well the first four lines come off of the title, though I think that could have flowed more into the rest of the poem itself just to keep up the idea. The end became much more "you you you" than the inital impression of "a".. Nonetheless, it was a very rich poem - I enjoyed it a lot.
