Water Conservation

                                        Dripping,dropping out the sky
                                          Water is seen everywhere.
Be careful not to waste it though.
If  you do they'll be no more.
When taking a bath do not use a lot.
Please preserve it to save the world.
For if we don't ,we'll have no future.
The plants will die and rivers will be cleared.
The fish will die, and whales will be gone too.
If we saved water, droughts would be no problem.
Our town would be a healthier place. It would embrace
us in many ways.Days and days will pass.In each
                                                              we would be amazed.

    CONSERVE WATER!!!

lol this poem managed to hit me in more ways than one. I waste too much water especially when I take a bath. I usually take a bath for 1-2 hours lmfao. Thanks for reminding us freaks to conserve water and why we should. XD

This has been very well written. Water is the most valuable thing on our planet. Nothing can survive without it and you have made people more aware how we need to be more careful. LittleMoon

  • Very well done. Good write. Lots of luck in the contest.

  • This is good. Only thing is you did not follow rules, my da-nv-tli, (brother in Cherokee), asked for contestants to put their age and which option was chosen in the author notes. Fix this small detail and we might have a winner on our hands. Good luck in the contest.

wow this is a subject that should be more exposed to the public we are suffering from a world shortage of water especially pure drinking water...I commend you your write tells of the desperation we may feel if we allow it to go the way other extinct items/creatures on this Earth...water is our lifeblood ...an exceptional awareness write poet ...I hope you win in the competition just for your compassion for mother Earth..cause if we dont love her well ..the answer to that I'm not gonna think about ..keep up the good work poet
