This is beautiful. The title is immediately intriguing--How do you have snowfall in the summer??--it's a seeming contradiction until you get to the end. The first word also hints at something wonderful... something to be celebrated, and indeed once you've read the poem the fullness of that feeling rings true. "Butterflies" then becomes that wonderful "aha" moment characteristic of the best haiku's...a fulfillment of all that was hinted at in the lines before. This is light, imaginative, and truly appealing to picture in my mind's eye. Lovely.
