Memories flowing within my heart

Walk the hallways of my soul
Missing you here in the rain
Where did my soul mate go
I see you in the shadowed clouds
As they pass by overhead
The raindrops feel like your tears
As they spill upon my head
I hear you whisper upon the wind
As it blows within my mind
Remembering how our love lived
In the lost and happy time
If you should see me in the rain
With a sad and tear stained face
Say a little prayer then for me
As that I be granted grace
For in the shadows she still walks
With me in the pouring rain
And for the touch of love
I will never be the same

BEAUTIFUL
your words flow with a deep sadness as the rain tries to wash away the tears...for a love so strong to quietly fade and leave its memories behind and because of this tender touch the heart will never be the same...wow!
