Detrás de mi carne
aguarda la soledad
y en los momentos
menos oportunos,
sin miramientos,
me mortifica.

Babelfish was a little kinder this time Ithink.
Your poem seems to speak of whatever lies hidden, words maybe? waiting for an inopportune time to spring out and mortify you...memories/worries/insecurities I assume.

"Soledad" means loneliness or solitude.
It lies hidden, almost in wait - I see that Babelfish wasn't so terrible this time

Soledad is possibly like the portuguese word "saudade"? Sounds similar, I mean the meaning.
Oh Babel was bad, just not bad enough that I could figure some of your poem out, lol -

It's not the same as soledad, which is simply a word that combines solitude and loneliness, but I find saudade a beautiful word which could just as well fit in this poem!
I like Porteguese, it's very similar to Spanish ... once my husband and I crossed the border from Zamora (his home region, we go every summer) and visited Braganza ... we actually conversed with some women at the castle: they in Portuguese, and we in Spanish

No te mortifiques! Es muy bonito lo que tu escribiste
aqui. Que bonita pagina!
Me quedo corto y sin palabras.
