Dearest Friend....

The pain of loss
Is thick within my heart
It is breaking
For a friend that was called
home, much too soon.

I can hardly breathe
It hurts so much.
I look up, tears falling
to the ground
at the unwavering moon.

Why has this great man,
whom i look apon like
a part of my familly
gone from us in this way?

I fall to my knees
wracked with pain
Heart unable to take much
more wishing you would have stayed.

In my heart I know
You no longer feel pain
But my own
Is too much to bear.

My friend we miss you
more dearly than you know.
And one day dear friend
I will meet you at that heavenly stair...

R.I.P. My dearest Friend....

    Very good... your emotion is expressed beautifully, and I can relate to the pain of loss.

    A few constructive comments... there is a typo in line 10, and a few lower case I's in lines 12 and 15. Other then that.. super poem! My thoughts to your friends family and loved ones.

    i really liked this and i i read it it made me want to cry for the fact that i understand what is happening.... i loved how it flowed together....
    psttt.... there are a few little spelling mistakes
