Author notes
Though I am not all that religious, this is actually a religious poem. Yes, it is also a tad about suicide, and the one step is the final step into oblivion...best of luck judging.

Hmm... I like the use of the title throughout the poem, I just like when people do that. The flow is really good, I like the way it sounds when read aloud.
