Dabbling pointless picayune,
of vigorous thinking all a strewn.
Finicky reasons and fastidious ways,
prove more than worries,
can fill your days.
Particular choices of picky peeps,
Fussy and chary with whimsical feats,
Choosing one bugaboo to fixate upon,
erase it today,
start fresh next dawn.
I believe it is very wise to over look the small things, what do you think?

Ha! Ah yes, so true and so well said!
Nice job here Dev!
I will make one small suggestion in the word "prove" perhaps changing the tense to "proving" just for grammar purposes, although poetically perhaps you like it better?
I loved this one very much! Had to look up a word, (picayune: 1. Of little value or importance; paltry. See Synonyms at trivial.
2. Petty; mean)
You challenge me, which is wonderful because I need all the help with vocabulary I can get!
Love you so much and loved the message of this write, it speaks to me!

Oh and,
I had the word proving at first but as I read it in my head it sounded to long... so i changed it to prove... but i had the same thought. -
Hhaha yes,
I was watching t.v. earlier and a man referred to another man on a show as persnickety, and right than I knew i wanted to write a poem about how I don't want to be like that! So this was my spur of the moment literature for the day lol.
I'm glad you enjoyed it, I found it intreaging and slightly humorous to write!
