Many ask why there must be war...why we can't just live in peace.
There are many answers and yet there is no answer.
Some men fight war to undermine others,
to gain material needs that feul their lust.
Others fight to keep their pride,
to prompt the world that they are strong.
Then there are men who fight... who create war,
to create peace.
Those are the men I admire.
They fight... they kill not for pride...not of lust,
but for something called love.
They kill not of hate,
but to end the hate.
If another stands to rob man out of our freedom, our humanity,
then what else is there to do but stand against him.
Have we not seen enough of the terror other opress us with,
is that not enough reason to yeild a weapon to create war... to create peace,
or must we just run and hide in a deep dark hole.
