Lost into the Nothing

I'm the cause for the reason,
For the probability no one knows;
The question about the answer,
To the hypothesis no one shows.
Just an inscription on a paper,
Lost for a year after a decade;
Just a soldier fighting in a
Resolved war, receiving no aid.
I'm lost in my nothingness,
But not even I seem to care;
Perhaps we're all lost in our ways,
Just never completely aware.

Author notes

If life's considered to be a path (death being the destination), then I have to wonder if all my years upon years of never seeking guidance or directions, if I'm truly lost. Maybe we are all lost, and that's the path that we were all meant to be on.

Silvos.

    >.< wow...whoa... and uh some other very emotionally struck W words. I really loved the way that you expressed this. Fav. lines, "Just a soldier fighting in a
    Resolved war, receiving no aid."
