Refined In The Wilderness

Missing image
As we sit beside the world’s clamoring pitter-patter, chitter and chatter
And strive in our own strength to ascend the ladder
We fall into the pit where earthly dreams are shattered
And the refining of our souls begins to matter once more
For years the questions have jibbed and jabbered
Unfathomable to calculate by our own mind over matter
But as we stand helplessly like heated transparent gold
The Lord lifts the impurities out from our souls
Revealing the depths of our hearts for a specific season of his love for us
He replaces the snares of the world with a pure heart and clean hands
As if solid gold, shimmering, metallic, and new
That we may know that it is the glory of the Lord that the world is searching for
And that none can replace Him
So walk joyously through the wilderness and wait patiently and calmly for the Lord
For the gift of His love is the greatest gift of all
This we will see as we let go of our will and let him relinquish our soul
For as most of you know He is in control
Fear not and move forward His glory the goal
So that evil may torment us no more
His love is our freedom and joy left to behold
As we walk as God's children and love forevermore

    Prophetically Timing

I know of the Bevere's ...She is such a teacher of God's word...God is in the process of refining us, and like it says, "shaking everything that can be shaken, that only that which cannot be will remain"..The process of refinement as we read of till He can see His reflection in us, and washing us with fuller's soap as both are mentioned in Malachi chapter 3, it with so much imagery tells us the process. I think of dear Esther in the Bible that was prepared in for her being chosen for the king...It was a process..Painfully we cast ourselves at His feet trusting Him alone. Your prophetic words are most precious from your heart to ours....to say to us ...Keep atune to what the Holy Spirit is saying to you, dear reader....His voice still speaks! Most write dear Lauren....God bless you... Rosemary

Nice with good insight. Ask, and Jesus will help us purify our minds only if we are willing to change our minds about the hateful thoughts we hold and seem to cherish so much.

      Temptation

Sometimes the pain that crosses paths in our lives is so great and alarmingly unnecessary that it takes every ounce of strength to remain on the same planet with some of the evil that we brush shoulders with on this earth, and it does, it takes great faith and discipline to resist how we react to those situations and to give it up to the Lord.

A lesson we perhaps need to learn in life to be able to let go of those things we think are important but in reality they are not and it is hard to let theses things go and just wait for the answer from the spirit in the sky There is much one can ponder over .... thank you for sharing. Good luck in this contest.
