We had our time
We tried to make it work
Everyone around us tried to tear us apart
We fooled them when we stayed together so long
We thaught nothing would never come between us
Your temper became our enemy
The drinking and partying coming home late
A chip on your shoulder
Giving me no escape from the pain

For what we had in the beginning
I am forced to choose between happiness and healthiness
Love and pain
Your love is pain
I must choose to move on without you
In the end we didn't need any one else to tear us apart

9 years of marriage i am going through divorce he was abusive and though i love him i will not go back to that and i will not allow him to abuse my daughter anymore
