In whirling winds we’re whisked away
The modern traveler today
Packed tightly in an oblong shape
Contortionists who can’t escape
Then shot to cities far and wide
I know this big thing cannot glide
Where once there was a gourmet meal
For water now you must appeal
The inside lines to loo are thick
Best plan ahead, will not be quick
The temperatures both hot and cold
Are never right if you are old
The bags you start with travel far
More miles logged than a movie star
Real bargain too, one of your deals
If lost just say, “black bag with wheels”
I’m sure they’ll find it right away
But it may take a few long days
Then they will ship direct to you
Of that I’m sure, you left your clue
The modern trip is something now
There’s just so little they allow
And all at such a real good price
Just hope your weather has no ice

Long lines to the loo reminds me of Friday when I went to our local Chicken Festival, don not know which line was longest, that one or the beer line. -
